Unique villa with mountainside view located in Dafnes, Heraklion, with pool, garden, parking place, BBQ and a traditional stone oven. Ideal for both summer and winter vacation. It is located at the center of the village but at the same time you can have privacy due to the architectural design. It is within a 25-minute distance away from the airport and port of Heraklion, 15 min from the University General Hospital and 1 hour away from Matala, Agia Galini, Komos etc (Libyan Sea).

The villa is located in a private property of 1500m2 and it consists of the 3 bedroom main villa 180 m2 and the 2 bedroom guest house 160 m2
Main villa: a ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave) breakfast table, a large living room with fire place, dining table for 6-8 people, two big sofas which can accommodate 2 people and a bathroom (includes a shower). The upper floor contains 2 king size bedrooms, one bedroom with 2 twin beds and a bathroom (includes a bathtub).
Guest House: Next to the villa there is a guest house 160 m2 with two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, fully equipped kitchen, fire place etc which can accommodate 4 more people.
The whole house has an amazing mountain and pool view. The outdoors is fenced and contains a big parking place, a dining table and a pool (8x5) with sun beds as well as a shower with warm water, BBQ and a traditional stone oven.
The house is air-conditioned (cooling/heating) by an autonomous system consisting of fan coil units. Warm water is available from the boiler. The furniture and decoration are luxurious with vintage and antique handmade pieces.
You can easily access any place in the described area. You need permission to use the BBQ and we can supply whatever you need.
We live next to the villa and we are willing to help our guests with any queries.
We provide everything that will make your stay more comfortable (shampoo, hairdryer, linen etc).

Crete - Dafnes
Crete is a wonderful place for vacation all year long. There's always something new to discover in our island each season. Traditional festivals, traditional products, mountain and sea expeditions are present all year round.
Dafnes is a traditional Cretan village with a main square, Byzantine chapels, traditional coffee shops and taverns. The locals produce olive oil, wine and raki. There are many traditional wineries which belong to the so-called Roads of Wine. Every year in July there's a Wine Festival.
